software licence and obtain the software in just a couple
of minutes without waiting for us to process your fax

You can find WinTAR-SCSI's order form in the Help menu when you run
the evaluation copy of WinTAR-SCSI. You can also find it in the
WinTAR-SCSI program group under the Order Information icon. Click here to download an
order form now. You need to have Adobe Acrobat 3.0 or above to
read the on-line order form.
Note: In order to ensure prompt services,
please fill in and print out the order form as distributed in
the evaluation copy of WinTAR-SCSI
package.

Mail the order form and a cheque/ bank
draft/ money order to the address below. Please make the
cheque payable to SpiralCom Communications Inc.. For
customers outside North America, you should issue an
international bank draft / money order that can be drawn
in any US or Canadian banks.

Terms for purchase order is Net 30 days. SpiralCom
Communications Inc. reserves the right to charge a 5%
interest per annum for all overdue accounts (Minimum
US$10 or CDN$15).
Notes:

We only accept corporation, government,
and education institutes' P.O. A valid P.O. number
should be issued with clear indication of your
shipping and bill addresses, and whether we should
mail the invoice separately.

For all international customers outside North
America, you must indicate your final payment method
in your P.O. See the other payment methods to
see if additional administration fees are
needed.

| Wired/Electronic Transfer |
We will send you information of our bank account if
you select this option. After you have transferred the
money, you need to let us know the transfer date and a
transfer reference number. Upon receiving the payment
confirmation, we will send you the software using your
selected delivery option. There is a US$10 (CDN$15)
SWIFT service charge for using this method. Moreover,
you are responsible for the SWIFT fee charged by your
bank.
Note:
This is the most expensive payment method if you
order less than 20 copies, and we do not recommend you
to use this method if possible.

The required information includes the credit
card number, the expiry date, the exact name on the
card, and the bank who issues the card. We can
only charge in Canadian dollars when you use this
option. Please use our Canadian listed price when
