At this moment, we only support
Internet delivery method via SpiralCom
e-Store. For other delivery methods, you need to fax
or call us to place the order. We only generate one
registration/serial number for each type of software
ordered.
Shipping Rates
The shipping and handling charge depends on how we deliver the software
product to you. The following table shows the approximately amount.

mail. This process can take between one (1) to four (4) weeks. |

We will send you one 3.5" floppy disk for each type of order along with a
registration number and an invoice/ sales receipt via courier. Please tell us
your preferred courier (Fedex, UPS, Purolator, Airborne) and your account
number. If a courier account number is not provided, we reserve the right to
ship using a courier of our choice and charge you for the courier rate. |
